Lindsay Lohan’s surveillance video likely to work against her

It is being rumored that the jewelry store’s surveillance video of the day Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole the necklace will not be helping the actress’ case.

As of now, it is being reported that the video shows a friend of Lindsay’s talking to the store clerk and possibly distracting that person while she commits the crime, states RadarOnline.com. Lindsay reportedly puts her necklace back on and never removes the store’s necklace.

This is allegedly known as “distraction theft” and the video is rumored to be a pretty strong piece of evidence against the actress. Now that Lindsay’s team has reportedly received the video, she may be pleading in the case instead of taking her chances with a trial.

Eva Gaëlle Green (born 5 July 1980) is a French actress, raised in Paris and living partly in London. She has been noted by Vogue for her "killer looks, intelligence and modesty", and described by The Independent as "gothic, quirky, and sexy". Green performed in theatre before making her film debut in The Dreamers (2003), which generated controversy over her numerous nude scenes. She achieved greater fame for her parts in Kingdom of Heaven (2005), and in the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale, for which she won a BAFTA. She has also modeled for numerous brands.
Her performance in The Dreamers convinced Ridley Scott to cast Green in Kingdom of Heaven (2005), a film about the Crusades where she played Sibylla of Jerusalem. Green performed six screen tests, and was hired with only a week before principal photography began. Green found the atmosphere of coming onto a film so late tense and exciting, and also liked the film's ambiguity in approaching its subject matter. To her disappointment, much of her screen time was cut. Stephanie Zacharek of Salon.com praised her performance: "She doesn't quite know what to do with her character's stilted dialogue, but she carries herself so regally that you barely notice." Nev Pierce of the BBC, however, called her character "limp". Green was satisfied when her character's complex subplot was restored in the director's cut. Total Film noted the new scenes completed her performance: "In the theatrical cut, Princess Sibylla sleeps with Balian and then, more or less, loses her mind. Now we understand why. Not only does Sibylla have a young son, but when she realises he's afflicted with leprosy just like her brother Baldwin, she decides to take his life shortly after he's been crowned king."[1Green was considered for parts in The Constant Gardener (a role which went to Rachel Weisz) and The Black Dahlia. She was cast at the last minute in the role of Vesper Lynd in the James Bond film Casino Royale (2006). Green was approached in mid-2005 but turned it down. Principal photography was already underway, and director Martin Campbell noted casting the role was difficult because "we didn't have the final script and a Bond girl always had the connotation of tits 'n' ass." Campbell saw Green's performance in the director's cut of Kingdom of Heaven, and Green was approached again. She read the script, and found the character of Vesper far deeper than most Bond girls. Green's performance was well received: Entertainment Weekly called her the fourth best Bond girl of all time; IGN named her the best femme fatale, stating "This is the girl that broke — and therefore made — James Bond"; and she won a BAFTA and an Empire award for her performance. Both were voted for by the British public.

Cracks is an independent drama film starring Eva Green, Juno Temple, María Valverde, and Imogen Poots, which was released theatrically on December 4, 2009. The film was produced in 2008, written for the screen by Caroline Ip and Ben Court and Jordan Scott, based on a novel written by Sheila Kohler, directed by Jordan Scott and produced by Kwesi Dickson, Andrew Lowe, Julie Payne, Rosalie Swedlin and Christine Vachon. Ridley and Tony Scott serve as executive producers. The film was mostly filmed in Wicklow Ireland. Set in a strict elite boarding school in the 1930s, the story centers on a clique of girls who idolize their enigmatic swimming instructor, Miss G (Green). When a beautiful Spanish girl named Fiamma Coronna (Valverde) arrives at the school, Miss G's focus is shifted away from the other girls. Di Radfield (Temple) has a crush on Miss G, and is the firm favourite and ringleader of her group. It becomes a triangle: Miss G gets increasingly obsessed with Fiamma, Fiamma is disturbed by Miss G and also openly disgusted by the teacher's hypocrisies and deceptions, and Di is terribly jealous and makes Fiamma's life hell. The bullying culminates in Di physically throwing Fiamma out of the school. When Fiamma is eventually found, the two girls make the first steps towards friendship, and at the following dorm party they all get a bit drunk, and Fiamma passes out; Miss G takes her to her own room and molests Fiamma; Di witnesses this through the keyhole and flees. The next morning, Fiamma is visibly upset, Miss G equally so as she runs around after her. Di is broody, and eventually tells the rest of her gang that Fiamma seduced Miss G. Fiamma tells Miss G that she will report the molestation to the teachers, and horrified, Miss G realises her career will be over. She in turn manipulates Di's affection for her into anger. The confrontation between Di's gang and Fiamma turns ugly after Fiamma tries to explain what really happened, and as she reveals Miss G's lies and character defects. Fiamma runs into the forest as things become more violent, but the girls catch up with her and, under Di's leadership, beat her up. Fiamma starts to have an asthma attack, and the girls stop, terrified. They run to get help, and Di runs into Miss G, who declares she'll go to Fiamma, and directs Di to the teachers. In the forest, Miss G refuses to give Fiamma her inhaler, and calmly watches her die. Di returns just in time to see Miss G placing the inhaler in Fiamma's lifeless hands, and that's when she realises the truth. Later, Di tells the girls what happened, and united, they confront Miss G. They are powerless officially (the headmistress refuses to acknowledge the school's culpability, despite releasing Miss G from her duties), but they quit the swim team and deliver Miss G from her last role. The final scene has Di leaving the school to explore the world, as Fiamma had always spoken of doing, whilst Miss G, fired from the school, goes to the local village and finds a small room she can live in, presumably closing herself away for the rest of her life.

Kareena Kapoor (born on September 21, 1980), often informally referred to as Bebo, is an Indian actress who appears in Bollywood films. During her career, Kapoor has received six Filmfare Awards and has been noted for her performances in a range of film genres; these include her work from contemporary romantic dramas to comedies, period films to major Bollywood productions, as well as less publicised independent films. Kapoor has been part of several stage shows and world tours since 2002. Her first world tour, the Heartthrobs: Live in Concert, was successfully performed across the United States and Canada alongside Hrithik Roshan, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, and Aftab Shivdasani. It seems that Justin Bieber is the ultimate teen star as his movie is currently beating out Miley Cyrus’ ‘Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour’ film when compared week by week.

Bieber’s ‘Never Say Never’ reportedly took in about $13.6 million in its second week compared to Cyrus’ movie making $10.3 million, states Contactmusic.com. Cyrus’ film came out about three years ago.

Bieber’s film is expected to keep raking in the money as it is rumored a special “director’s cut” might be released in the next few weeks. That means all the teens will have to go see some of the new scenes.

Liam John Neeson OBE (born 7 June 1952) is an Irish actor who has been nominated for an Oscar, Golden Globe and a BAFTA.He was born in Ballymena, County Antrim, Northern Ireland and educated at Saint Patrick's College and Queen's University Belfast. He moved to Dublin after university to further his acting career, joining the renowned Abbey Theatre. In the early 1990s, he moved again to the United States, where the wide acclaim for his performance in Schindler's List led to more high-profile work. He is widowed and lives in New York with his two sons. Neeson was offered the 'Freedom of the Town of Ballymena' by Ballymena Borough Council, but because of objections made by members of the Democratic Unionist Party regarding his comments that he had felt like a 'second-class citizen' growing up as a Catholic in the town, he declined the award, citing tensions. Neeson continues to practice the Catholic faith and has raised his children as Catholics. He has also expressed admiration for The Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius Loyola. He was appointed as Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II in her 1999 New Year's Honours List. The American Ireland Fund honoured Liam Neeson with their Performing Arts Award for the great distinction he has brought to Ireland at their 2008 Dinner Gala in New York.

Dr. Martin Harris (Liam Neeson) and his wife Liz (January Jones) arrive in Berlin for a biotechnology summit. Upon arriving at their hotel, Martin realizes he forgot his briefcase at the airport. He takes a taxicab driven by Gina (Diane Kruger), but on the way to the airport, the cab crashes off a bridge into the river after narrowly avoiding a refrigerator that falls off a delivery truck in front of them. Martin is knocked unconscious upon impact, but Gina saves him from drowning before fleeing from the scene. On Thanksgiving day, he comes to at the hospital after being in a coma for four days. Martin returns to his hotel, only to discover another man (Aidan Quinn) with his wife, who tells hotel security she does not know him. He attempts to contact his old colleague Prof. Rodney Cole (Frank Langella), who is unavailable due to Thanksgiving in the U.S. Martin then heads to the office of Prof. Bressler (Sebastian Koch), whom he is scheduled to meet that day. However, he sees the impostor (known as "Martin B") already in a meeting with Bressler. As Martin attempts to prove his identity, Martin B shows him his ID and family photo - both of which have Martin's name, only with his face replaced by that of the impostor. Disillusioned by the identity crisis, Martin falls unconscious and finds himself back at the hospital, where he undergoes an MRI to see if the accident had caused any head trauma. An assassin sent to target him kills Dr. Farge (Karl Markovics) and Nurse Gretchen Erfurt (Eva Löbau), but Martin manages to escape assassination. He then seeks help from private investigator and former Stasi agent Ernst Jürgen (Bruno Ganz). Martin's only clues are his notebook and Gina, who works at a diner after being fired from the taxicab company. While Martin attempts to persuade Gina into helping him clear up his identity problem, Jürgen digs up information related to Martin and the biotechnology summit. He discovers that the summit is to be attended by Prince Shada of Saudi Arabia (Mido Hamada), who is funding a secret project headed by Prof. Bressler. Prince Shada has survived numerous assassination attempts from Islamic militants, and he suspects that Martin's identity theft may be another attempt at taking the Prince's life. Jürgen meets up with Cole, but when he realizes that Cole is not who he says he is, he commits suicide by drinking cyanide-laced tea, keeping the whole truth away from Cole. Meanwhile, the assassins attempt to eliminate Martin and Gina, but the couple escape after a fight at her apartment and a lengthy car chase. Martin looks at the last page of his notebook and sees a set of numbers written by his wife. The numbers correspond to words found on specific pages of the notebook, which appear as secret codes. Using the schedule written on the notebook, Martin confronts Liz, who tells him that his only hope is his briefcase at the airport. After retrieving his briefcase, Martin parts ways with Gina, but is tazed and nabbed by Cole and his henchman Jones. Seeing the abduction, Gina steals a taxicab and chases after Cole's van. Martin wakes up at a car park and discovers the truth of his identity through Cole. It is revealed that Martin Harris is a name he made up, and that he, Liz and Martin B are part of a terrorist organization sent to target the summit. None of his memories are real, but he started to believe he was Martin Harris after the accident. Gina then rushes in and stops Cole and his henchman from killing Martin through a drug overdose, sending the van crashing outside the car park. Martin discovers a hidden compartment in his briefcase and finds two Canadian passports, realizing he and Liz were in Berlin three months prior to plant a bomb in the suite that is to be occupied by Prince Shada. The duo head for the hotel to stop the assassination. Meanwhile, Liz steals Prof. Bressler's data by secretly attaching a USB flash drive and operating it remotely, using the secret codes on the notebook she and Martin carry. Martin and Gina are immediately nabbed by security, but he convinces the security head of his presence in the hotel three months back. He then realizes that Prince Shada is not the target, but Prof. Bressler - who has discovered a genetically modified breed of corn that is capable of surviving any climate. After being convinced there is a bomb, security evacuates the hotel. Seeing that their assassination attempt has been foiled, Liz tries to disarm the bomb, but is too late, as she is killed while a section of the hotel is destroyed. Martin B, the last remaining terrorist, attempts to kill Prof. Bressler, but Martin stops and kills him. Soon afterward, Martin and Gina, who now carry Canadian IDs (that have the same last name, implying that they are married) leave on a train, now free from their troubled lives.

Many German actors were cast for the movie. Rainer Bock had previously starred in Inglourious Basterds (which also starred Diane Kruger) and The White Ribbon. Other cast includes Adnan Maral as Turkish taxi driver and Petra Schmidt-Schaller as immigration officer.Principal photography took place in early 2010 in Berlin, Germany, and in the Studio Babelsberg film studios. The bridge the taxi plunges from is the Oberbaumbrücke. The Friedrichstraße was blocked for several nights for the shooting of a car chase. Some of the shooting was done in the Hotel Adlon. Locations include the Neue Nationalgalerie, Berlin Central Station, Berlin Friedrichstraße station, Pariser Platz, Museum Island, the Oranienburger Straße in Berlin, and the Leipzig/Halle Airport. According to Andrew Rona, the budget was $40 million. Dark Castle Entertainment contributed $30 million. German public film funds supported the production with €4,65 million (more than $6 million).Unknown was screened out of competition at the 61st Berlin International Film Festival. The film has received mixed to positive reviews, scoring 56% on Rotten Tomatoes, with an average score of 5.8/10, with the general consensus being "Liam Neeson elevates the proceedings considerably, but Unknown is ultimately too derivative -- and implausible -- to take advantage of its intriguing premise". Considerable praise has been placed on Neeson in the lead role and the unique premise of the film, and has comparisons with Neeson's 2008 film Taken. Richard Roeper gave the film a B+, reflecting "At times, Unknown stretches plausibility to the near breaking point, but it's so well paced and the performances are so strong and most of the questions are ultimately answered. This is a very solid thriller."
